Special instructions

 

 

These instructions must be followed in order to apply payment accutarely to your fees

 

1)    Only  correctly filled out registraton forms will be processed.

 

2)    Payment by  BANK CREDIT CARD is strongly RECOMMENDED. Protocol Security Strong Encryption, the necessary time decoding is endless ???.

 

3)    Wire Transfer MUST SPECIFY “Title of the Conference and ATTENDEE NAME. Upon completion of the transfer, attach a copy of the transfer RECEIPT to a copy of your REGISTRATION and provide it to this office.

 

4)    STUDENT: a photocopy of the Student ID card must be enclosed with registration forms.

 

5)    CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that refund of the first night's deposit and 80% of the Registration Fee will be granted for cancellations received in writing by July 31, 2000. 80% of the registration fee less the first night's deposit will be refunded for cancellations received in writing by September 15, 2000.

 

6)    The letter to the Conference Registrar (see address below) requesting the refund should state the preregistrant’s name and to whom the check should be made payable.

All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refund requests received after September 15, 2000 will not be honored.
