Invitation to Exhibitors

On behalf of the organisers (the IEEE industry Applications Society and the AEI Associazione Elettrotecnica ed Elettronica Italiana) I am pleased to invite your organization to exhibit at the IAS 2000 Meeting to be held October 8 through 12, 2000 at the Sheraton Roma Hotel in Rome.
Over 600 conference delegates are expected to take part in the event. The exhibit program offers an excellent opportunity to display your products and announce your services to a unique gathering of industry specialists. The exhibit area is conveniently located with respect to the main traffic flow of the conference activities and will accommodate about 22 exhibit booths.

Additional highlights of the conference include:

• Welcome Reception to be held on Sunday October 8 from 18.30-20.30 next to the Exhibition Area
• Exhibit hall located on the same floor as the meeting rooms
• An Exhibitors' Reception which will be held on Monday, October 9 from 18.00 to 20.00

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. As it is extremely limited early registration is strongly encouraged.
